In Neurodivergent Strategy Coaching (Workplace)

Delivered in partnership with the Patoss Dyslexia Charity, this course enables practicing coaches to support neurodivergent clients with practical strategy development to enable them to thrive in the workplace.

The Level 3 Certificate in Neurodivergent Strategy Coaching will:

Transform how you support neurodivergent employees in the workplace.
Build your confidence and capability as a neurodivergent strategy coach.
Complement existing qualifications for coaches and tutors who wish to effectively support neurodivergent people in the workplace (it does not provide coaching theory or the foundational skills required to practise as a coach).

Build Essential Skills

Develop core knowledge of employment legislation, inclusive practice, and the specific needs of neurodivergent staff. Participants will gain the foundational skills required for consistent effective workplace support.
