Neurodiversity Confidence & Strategies
2.5 hour sessions specifically focused on ADHD, autism or AuDHD
Practical, neuro-affirming sessions for universities, colleges and employers who want to gain a deeper understanding of ADHD, autism or AuDHD to better support their students, staff and employees.
ADHD Confidence & Strategies
ADHD Confidence & Strategies is designed for universities, colleges and employers who want to support people with ADHD (and ADHD traits) with confidence and consistency. It focuses on what most impacts outcomes, task initiation/time management, goal‑directed persistence, working memory and managing impulsivity/emotions then turns these into clear, usable strategies and reasonable-adjustment approaches. Participants work through relatable case studies and leave with an actionable toolkit plus a copy of the slides and a reference list.
Autism Confidence & Strategies
Autism Confidence & Strategies is designed for universities, colleges and employers who want to create environments where autistic people can perform at their best. It builds confident understanding of how autism can show up in real life, communication preferences, sensory processing, anxiety, transitions and change, social energy and executive functioning then translates this into clear, respectful adjustments and everyday strategies that reduce friction and improve outcomes. Attendees leave with a strengths-based framework and practical actions that support inclusion, retention, wellbeing and performance.
AuDHD Confidence & Strategies
AuDHD Confidence & Strategies is designed for universities, colleges and employers supporting people with both autism and ADHD, where needs can look “contradictory” and are often misunderstood or missed. It explores the unique AuDHD profile across attention and motivation, sensory sensitivity, routines vs novelty, overwhelm, emotional regulation, social fatigue and burnout risk then provides realistic adjustments and support strategies that work in busy academic and workplace settings. Attendees leave with a clearer lens for identifying needs early, responding consistently and building conditions that help AuDHD individuals thrive.
