Pete Quinn

Pete brings a combination of academic depth, international reach, and lived coaching practice to this subject, making him one of the most credible voices working in this space in the UK today. Pete has been a panellist and chair for Neurodiversity Celebration Week (2023, 2024, and 2025) and is an active coach to neurodiverse employees across STEAM, arts, culture, and heritage, SMEs and larger organisations throughout the UK. His approach consistently draws on both his colleagues lived experience and evidence-based practice, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and the realities of the workplace.

Pete's background includes specialist neurodiversity work across the Universities of Oxford Brookes, Oxford, York, Bristol, Edinburgh, York St John, and Middlesex, as well as the Education University of Hong Kong, where he has been retained for over eight years.
